Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, whether you’re on a phone, a desktop, or using assistive technology. We design and test for accessibility throughout the build of every page.

Standards we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. In practice this includes:

• Sufficient colour contrast for body and heading text;
• Text that resizes without breaking the layout;
• Keyboard navigation through every interactive element;
• Clear labelling and error messages on forms;
• Respect for your operating system’s reduced-motion preference — all decorative animations are disabled when it is set.

What’s not perfect (yet)

We’re upfront when something falls short:

• The animated fiber-network background in the header is decorative; screen readers skip it entirely.
• The interactive coverage map is supplemented by a plain-text list of covered countries, but the map itself has limited keyboard support.
